5 drawer box with odd front.
Box (242x177x178mm) is Western. Made of wood covered with fake-linen. With on front
a small metal plaque with Chinese characters. The grip an click-lock on top are of white metal. Under the drawers is space for a manual.
Tiles(21x31x14mm) are made of seasoned bone and bamboo. The engraving is plain. There are no spare tiles.
Counters are made of polished bone with western denomination.
Dice (4x) are made of bone with Chinese points. Their holder is a Cricket box.
Wind discs are made of bone with green characters. Their holder is a Ming-box.
Instruction manual is the well known Chinese booklet. With a special cover titled ’Mah Gang’. By Harold Sterling.
