High red-black-ochre checkered 4-drawer box
with loose lid.

Box (213x140x83mm) is English. Made of card-board pasted with checkered paper. With on top the Chad Valley label. Inside are one drawer containing counters etc. and four for the tiles. Corners and sides of the lid are restored.

Tiles (21x30x14mm) are English. Made from wood covered with paper printed with the Chad Valley-characters and graphics. Bamboo 1 shows the not so often used Crane. On the back gray paper is used.

Counters are colored discs of bone. Slightly bigger than Chad Valley’s standard size. Value 1000 points p.p.

Dice (2x) are made of bone and have western points.

Wind discs (4x) are made from cardboard covered with paper printed with Chad Valley wind characters.
