High 5 drawer box with fixed lid.

Box (225x153x92mm) is English. Made of cardboard. Initially covered with dirty, checkered paper, by now restored with substitute red paper. With on top a (faded) Chad Valley label. Inside are 5 drawers.

Tiles (21x30x14mm) are English. Made of wood covered on top with paper printed with Chad Valley-characters and graphics in 3 colors. Bamboo 1 shows the not so often used Crane. On the back gray paper is glued. Tiles differ in height.

Counters are colored discs made of bone. Value 1000 points p.p.

Dice (2x) are made of bone and have Western points.

Wind discs (4x) are made from cardboard covered with paper printed with Chad Valley wind characters.

Instruction manual is the CV-booklet, 8th edition, March 1924. The booklet is somewhat soiled.
