‘ Tool Box’ with modern plastic tiles.

Box (450x240x70mm) is of Western origin. It is a kind of toolbox made of multiplex. With a wooden handle. Inside is room for the tiles, counters, dice and 4 wooden racks.

Tiles (21x28x14mm) are modern Asian. Instead of bone a stone-like material is used. The back is also plastic. Characters and images are impressed and  robustly colored. There are 4 spare tiles.

Counters are plastic discs in 6 colors. Their holder is a small, transparent plastic box. Value is unclear.

Dice (3) are made of plastic with Chinese points and one big red dot.

Wind indicator is a plastic dice with Wind characters. Placed in a orange plastic holder.

Instruction manual is an undated, over and over reprinted Chinese booklet. The cover somewhat is rather unusual.
