‘Let’s Play Mah Jongg 1977’. Still sealed resulting in unused cards.

Box (177x92x22mm) is American. Published by The National Mah Jongg League, 1977. Made of thin cardboard printed in red and blue. With flat and oblong dimensions and a loose lid. Inside there is room for three decks of cards.

Cards (56x87mm) are American. They have standard measurements. Their Chinese characters and graphics are rather free interpretations. The back has a traditional design. There are also jokers and 10 spare cards. The cards are still in their original wrapping paper.

There belong no counters, dice and wind indicators to set.

Instruction manual is a double sided leaflet of yellow paper printed with brown text.
