‘The complete ancient and popular Chinese game’ in a simple box.
Box (166x222x46mm) is American. Made of cardboard with a pasted label (with water damage) featuring an index and images of all tiles. Inside are the tiles, counters, dice and (two folded and four unfolded) racks of sturdy, blue cardboard.
Tiles (22x30x7mm) are made of wood. With on top a white synthetic material. Printed with characters and images in three colors.
Fiches are thin strips of sturdy paper.
Dice (2x) are made of bone with Western points. They are added.
There belong no wind discs to the set.
Instruction manual is a narrow (somewhat torn) version of the red Babcock booklet, 9th edition June 1923. Possibly added.
